New things every day, it seems...

Sabi made his first big airplane trip to see gramma and grampa Seamon in Michigan two weeks ago! (See airport picture with Spirit sign in the background) He was ok for the first 20 minutes or so but then grew quite restless and wanted to walk around...and so we did. We got to know pretty much everyone on the plane, inclucing the nice man who wanted to play with him and then Sabi spit up all over the nice man's shirt. Alas, nice man was also a grampa and states that he was used to such things. :) You will also see a picture of Grampa and Sabi sharing sweet potatoes...mmmmm...and Sabi displaying his newest trick, taught by Grampa. He now hoists up his rear end so he's up on all fours, hangs out for a while and then falls over. It's quite cute. Today we're going for Sabi's very first portraits (as if we don't have enough pictures!)...more pics soon.

You knew it was coming...SIX MONTHS!!

Happy six months to Sabiboy!
These days our little one is blossoming. He is quite the conversationalist and just Monday started chanting "Dadadadadadaaaa!" He thinks it's hilarious when we repeat his noises back to him as well! Sabi is quite accomplished with his B's, D's and raspberries. Sabi has also become quite the fan of food. So far he's tried cereal, peaches, green beans, applesauce and sweet potato and liked it all. Often, we can't shovel it into his mouth fast enough!

Last weekend, we welcomed Erin, Jen & Allison from Michigan and Paloma from Spain. Such a wonderful thing for him to receive so much loving attention! Spying a beautiful day in the middle of several rainy days, Mom & Dad took Sabi to Margate on Labor Day. Turns out, he was much more into his applesauce than the beach! Ah, well.
