Those lazy days of summer...

What fun August has been!

Sabi has really started laughing...as in CRACKING UP LAUGHING...at nothing in particular. Mom has decided that there is no better sound in the world! (Picture #1)

Sabiboy tried quinoa cereal this evening since the rice cereal was so binding. Mom tried to do the "right thing" and make something without gluten. If the kids in Bolivia like it, surely Sabi would as well? Nnnnnooooo. We have never seen such hilarious, disgusted looks on our son's face!

Cinco meses cha cha cha!

Holymoly Sabi is FIVE months old!

We celebrated this fine occasion with a visit to Captain Billy's in La Plata, MD. Mom and dad feasted on shrimp and crab and Sabi had...milk. Mom has spent the last few weekends collecting data for her dissertation in Maryland so Sabiboy has visited often as well, bringing a whole new meaning to the word "crabby!"

Sabi has perfected the art of blowing raspberries, and chats with the ceiling fan and mom and dad an awful lot these days. Though cereal went down well, it didn't seem to settle in his stomach so kindly. Therefore, we have decided to hold off on more foods for a few weeks. For the most part these days Sabi is quite happy! As always, he is such a joy and great entertainment...
